On set with a great Creative Team
Prestige Productions is a Gold Coast based International production entertainment company – that provides an awesome array of stage talent for shows, themed corporate events and so much more.
At the head of the team is the star of the Moulin Rouge for over 15 years – Marissa Burgess. She is both a dancer, singer and performer and has worked on stage for most of her life ! This is her baby and her dream !
The team is extraordinary, diverse and ready to go on shoot day. The schedule is jammed packed, studio booked and we are all on a tight schedule to get the entire shoot done within 4 hours. Team leader Audrey – pulls no punches when it comes to meeting the schedule and literally pumping out performance after performance. Keeping up with the costume changes and the amount of different talent in the room was exciting and exhausting all at the same time.
‘Prestige’ put it on from the word go ! they had aerialists throwing performers up into the air. The stunning and vivacious dancers worked on show stoppers from Showgirl to Grease Lightning. The pace was nothing short of hectic, but this was an essential part of energising the performers to keep moving fast and giving their all in the short and tight time frames.
Capturing this all on video was no easy task. setting up lighting changes and working with a 2 camera setup kept everyone on their toes. This was always going to be a big production shoot and it certainly didn’t disappoint !
