Being a creative agency and taking our clients vision out in the world has its own challenges ! Our greatest success comes from great relationships with our clients and collaborating to meet with both the vision & the successful creation and delivery of that vision – in each and every campaign !

The Weather & Location.

We sometimes have days where the weather or the elements simply will not allow successful shoots. The delays may affect delivery schedules – and therefore we have a policy to always shoot in the first two weeks of the month ( or your 4 week turnaround date ) to ensure we can easily meet with these delivery schedules.
Weather changes during shoot days are out of our control. We will ensure the best results regardless !
We always keep you informed !
Location changes will be discussed with you and similar alternatives will be suggested.

Models & Talent

Whether you provide your model or we work with you to select models there may be times when we cannot work with the selected model ( travel commitments , global movement of a model, illness & just not camera ready !!!! ). We work promptly and are able to provide you with a selection of replacement models that we are happy to put forward. We work hugely on deadlines – so we make this process an absolute priority !
Model costs may vary due to social media or experience status.

Your Vision

As a creative agency we are foremost here to work with your vision, your brand and your look.
Storyboards make sure that everyone on the team understands the look of the brand before shoot day !
Ensure that we understand the filters and editing requirements for your brand – so we can get your exact look and feel !
Do’s and don’ts can be hugely helpful to get your shoot right.
Styling and instruction is critical. Its also important to let us know the amount of creative freedom we have on shoot day to experiment and try new things !

Delivery of Goods

Delivery of your goods must be at least 5 days before shoot day.
Late delivery can cause a few challenges. We try and work weeks ahead to avoid any possible delays. If late delivery causes the cancellation of a shoot – we will work with you to get everything back on track and moving as fast as possible.
Shoot cancellation may incur charges for model, location and other costs ! Let’s avoid this !!!!!!

Scheduling

Your 30 day turnaround is important to us. Once we agree on this day – both parties must make all efforts to meet these deadlines and avoid possible delays. This is so your social media campaigns are on-time and specific campaigns remain aligned with release dates | events | sales etc.
We allocate one shoot day for each campaign to be cost effective. ( This may vary for ‘The Ultimate Success Story’ or custom packages.
Multiple day shoots will incur extras fees.
Ongoing clients receive priority for campaign bookings and shoot dates.

Return of Goods

Please select a reliable delivery | courier service.
Please provide a paid return post pack for the return of your goods.
Products that are opened and seals broken will not be sent back.
We take all care on shoots – however we are not responsible for garments & goods that may get wet, stained or marked from normal shoot requirements. We aim to return goods in great condition.

Editing & Post Production

Please provide us with enough images to be able to edit your brand images in that similar style.
If you have access to specific colour grading or filters please provide these to ensure accuracy in editing.
Due to time constraints & costs we cannot re-edit images. We make concessions when we have new clients or have ‘hero’ images that can create greater traction.
Portrait format for social media. Images are provided in Instagram | facebook dimensions. We provide high quality – social media resolution only. The images will not be in high resolution | print quality ( unless agreed to in a customised package ).
Images will not be provided in multiple resolution or format.
No re-edits on campaign video bites. These video bites will be in facebook | Instagram format.
Brand videos & custom campaign videos will be allowed one re-edit option from rough draft.
Music will be selected by our team | unless client provides royalty free or royalty purchased music ( receipt will be required ). Please get this right because this may impact greatly on your social media. We will assist to get the right royalty music.

Delivery

Delivery dates are agreed to at the start of your campaign.
Ongoing clients will retain this delivery day unless we agree to those date changes.
We will provide you with your agreed package delivery as per the agreed campaign date. If there are post production delays we will be in touch to make part deliveries to meet with campaign requirements.

Payment

Full payment is required at least 7 days before shoot date.
Shoot days will be confirmed after full payment is made.
Ongoing clients only may enter into a payment plans.
There is no refund after the shoot has been completed.
A cancellation fee of 10% will be incurred between payment and shoot date.

Privacy Policy

Your information is safe with us!
Clients that provide us with passwords and access to their social media sites are assured that we will not release these to anyone outside of GCP.
We will delete all passwords and access on request.
We must be notified of any password and access changes that may impact on delivery schedules.
Your images and videos will only be delivered to you on an agreed platform.
We will not pre-release any images or video prior to the client campaign delivery date.
GCP retains the rights to use images and videos for our own advertising and marketing ( and will always credit the client when used ).
